Breaking it down, plain and simple

I enjoyed my stay immensely! The cozy atmosphere, comfortable beds, and a delightful breakfast were highlights. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, offering a kitchen and ample privacy. Unfortunately, staff responsiveness was lacking, and parking proved difficult during busy times. Yet, the overall value made this a worthwhile trip. I'll return for sure!

the main bed in our one-bedroom king suite was super comfy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made our early flight easy. we also enjoyed the decent fitness center and pool area, which looked great for warmer days.

Spacious suite with modern decor.

My family experienced significant issues during our stay. We made a reservation for four but found only one towel in the room, and there were no pillows or sheets for the sofa bed. Despite the staff's friendly attempts to help us, we had to wait 40 minutes to receive just one sheet. This was after a long day of travel, and we were left sleeping uncomfortably without proper bedding.

The location provided easy access to the freeway, making it simple to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated having a variety of restaurants close by, which added convenience to my stay.

The room cleanliness was not satisfactory. I encountered maintenance issues such as dead insects and a light bulb that was out. Other areas of the hotel also showed neglect, affecting overall comfort.

I recently stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite that fit my family perfectly and enjoyed a clean room. The breakfast options were better than I expected! I had a great experience overall, despite a small hiccup at check-in.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The room was clean and comfy, perfect for our group. We loved visiting Delaney Vineyards for a great winery tour and spent time shopping at nearby outlets. Breakfast was better than expected, with plenty of options. Definitely recommend staying here for a fun getaway!

We had a wait during check-in, which could have been smoother. Another guest had issues with billing and felt the front desk staff lacked urgency about it. It seemed like a minor hiccup, though.

Great pool area, but needs some work

We had a nice 2-night stay in a one-bedroom suite, but the first room had some tiny roaches. They switched our room, but it kinda smelled funny. The pool and BBQ area was a hit with the kids, but some long-term guests made using the grills a bit awkward. Overall, it felt okay, just needs some fixing up.

Target audience looking for good service

The room was a nice size and clean enough, no complaints there. Pool was nice but small, kids loved it and we enjoyed the grill outside which was a great touch for our family barbecues.

the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. but the kids loved the basketball court. the room had everything we needed. and the breakfast options were great! really enjoyed the fireplace in our suite.

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent internet access, friendly staff, and seasonal outdoor pool. The staff were incredibly helpful during my first stay, especially with my old parents. I can't wait to come back for my city trip!
